Why Tien Wealth

What Sets the Verandah Apart

Pace Suited to Adult Learners

The programmes are designed for people returning to financial topics, not those starting fresh. Each session builds without rushing.

Thai Market Context

Content is grounded in the Thai financial landscape — SET indices, local fund structures, and the credit patterns particular to households in this region.

No Products, No Pressure

We do not recommend specific investments or financial products. Our role is to help you read the landscape — what you do with that reading is entirely yours.

Printed Materials Provided

Each programme includes a printed guide, glossary, or map to take home — so the learning continues at your own verandah.

Small Group Settings

Sessions are kept small so that questions receive genuine attention and the room remains comfortable for people who have not studied formally in some years.

Privacy and Discretion

What participants share about their household finances stays within the room. The programmes operate under a clear confidentiality framework.

Ready to Sit with Your Finances?

The first step is a short conversation about which programme might suit your situation. There is no obligation and no sales process — only a quiet exchange.

Common Questions

Things People Often Ask

Who are these programmes for?

The programmes are designed for adults aged 40 and over who have some experience managing household finances but want to read the subject more carefully — perhaps after a career change, approaching retirement, or simply finding that money conversations at home have grown more complicated.

Do I need any financial background to attend?

No specific background is required. The facilitator begins each programme with an orientation session to establish a shared vocabulary. A printed glossary accompanies the fund-reading programme specifically, so that unfamiliar terms can be revisited at home.

Will I receive specific investment advice?

No. Tien Wealth is a financial education facilitator, not a licensed investment advisor. The programmes help you read and understand the financial landscape; they do not recommend any particular fund, product, or investment decision. For advice on specific products, a licensed financial planner would be appropriate.

How are sessions structured and where do they take place?

Sessions are held at our premises on Beach Road in North Pattaya. Group sizes are kept small — typically six to ten participants — to allow for genuine discussion. The weekend workshop (The Annual Conversation) runs across Saturday and Sunday mornings. Details of scheduling are shared at enquiry.

What are the programme fees and how do I pay?

Fees are listed in Thai Baht (THB): the fund-reading programme is ฿5,400; the household conversation workshop is ฿8,500; and the credit programme is ฿11,300. Payment details and available methods are confirmed at the time of booking. A deposit may be requested to reserve a place.

Can couples or family members attend together?

Yes. The household conversation workshop is particularly well suited to couples or two family members attending together, and the fee covers one participant — each person registers individually. The other programmes are also open to participants who know each other, though group discussions are kept confidential within the room.

Is there a refund policy if I need to cancel?

Cancellation and refund terms are provided at the time of booking confirmation. We understand that circumstances change and aim to handle rescheduling requests with as much flexibility as the programme schedule allows. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans need to change.
