1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Tien Wealth and participants who register for any of our financial education programmes or who contact us via the website or telephone. By completing a registration or making a payment, you agree to the terms set out below.

These terms are written in plain language; where any ambiguity exists, they should be read in a manner consistent with applicable Thai consumer protection law and the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the date of your registration will apply to that booking.

2. Our Programmes

Tien Wealth currently offers three financial education programmes:

1. A Patient Reading of Funds and Indices — Four sessions. Participation fee: ฿5,400 THB.
2. The Annual Conversation with the Household — Weekend workshop. Participation fee: ฿8,500 THB.
3. Considered Use of Credit at 40+ — Three sessions. Participation fee: ฿11,300 THB.

Programme fees, schedules, and session formats are subject to change. Any changes affecting a confirmed booking will be communicated to registered participants directly and in advance.

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

3. Nature of the Service — Important Notice

Tien Wealth is a financial education facilitator. Our programmes are educational in nature and are designed to improve financial literacy and household decision-making capacity. We do not provide personalised investment advice, fund management, financial planning services, or recommendations regarding specific financial products.

Nothing communicated in our sessions, printed materials, or website constitutes a recommendation to purchase, sell, or hold any financial instrument, fund, or asset. Participants should consult a licensed financial adviser for guidance on their specific circumstances.

Tien Wealth holds no licence as a securities broker, investment adviser, or financial institution under Thai law. We are not regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) or the Bank of Thailand (BOT) in respect of these services.

4. Registration and Confirmation

Registration is completed when we receive your enquiry and confirm your place in writing (by email or telephone). A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received in full or a written payment arrangement has been agreed.

We reserve the right to decline a registration at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full within 10 business days.

Each programme has a limited number of places. Registration does not carry over from one intake to another; a new registration is required for each programme session you wish to attend.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed with Tien Wealth prior to booking.

Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of booking. Payment details are processed securely through our designated payment provider; Tien Wealth does not store card details on its systems.

Where a payment cannot be processed or is declined, your place is not confirmed and will remain available to other participants until payment is completed.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling — by the Participant

• Cancellation 14 or more days before the first session: Full refund of the participation fee, less any payment processing charges incurred.
• Cancellation 7–13 days before the first session: 50% of the participation fee refunded.
• Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the first session: No refund. The participation fee is forfeited.
• Non-attendance without prior notice: No refund.

Transfer of your registration to another individual is permitted with at least 5 days' written notice, provided the replacement participant meets any applicable eligibility requirements for the programme. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange this.

Requests to reschedule to a later intake will be accommodated where capacity allows and at our discretion. Reschedule requests made fewer than 48 hours before the first session may not be possible.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling — by Tien Wealth

Tien Wealth reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a programme session due to facilitator illness, insufficient enrolment, venue unavailability, force majeure, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

• Where we cancel a programme outright, registered participants will receive a full refund of the participation fee within 10 business days.
• Where we reschedule a session to a different date, participants will be offered the choice to attend the rescheduled session or receive a full refund.
• Tien Wealth is not responsible for incidental costs incurred by participants in connection with a cancellation or reschedule (including travel, accommodation, or time off work).

8. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the facilitator and fellow participants. Tien Wealth programmes are conducted in a collaborative, considered manner; conduct that disrupts the learning environment or causes discomfort to others may result in a request to leave, without refund.

Recording of sessions (audio or video) is not permitted without the prior written consent of Tien Wealth and all other participants present.

9. Programme Materials and Intellectual Property

Printed materials, workbooks, conversation guides, glossaries, and any other content provided to participants during a programme are for personal educational use only. They remain the intellectual property of Tien Wealth.

• Materials may not be reproduced, shared commercially, or distributed to persons who have not attended the programme without prior written permission from Tien Wealth.
• Sharing printed materials within your own household for personal use (for example, using the printed conversation guide with a spouse or family member) is permitted and encouraged.
• Content from Tien Wealth's website, including session descriptions and educational text, may not be reproduced without attribution and prior consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Tien Wealth's liability in connection with any programme is limited to the participation fee paid by the relevant participant. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from attendance at, or reliance on the content of, our programmes.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy

The collection and use of personal data in connection with programme registration is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall terms under which we operate. Please read that policy before registering.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
